My goal is to run Boston Marathon before I die. (Hence the name of the blog) This is page is for anyone who wants to get more insight on the Racing, Running Gear, Nutrition, or Basic Training. As of now my short-term goal is to run a 1:30 Half- Marathon.
I've ran two previous half-marathons last year and my fastest time was 1:47. I did some slacking the last 6 months and really have been focusing on fitness and personal growth. I quit smoking and drinking on this past Saturday... Thank God for coffee! Here is my training plan for then next two weeks:

- Mon: 2.5 miles Relatively Fast
- Tues: 4 miles Steady
- Wed: 2.5 miles Relatively Fast
- Thurs: Speed/4 miles Steady
- Fri: Off
- Sat: 6 miles Steady
- Sun: Easy
